LI House Sales On The Rise Compared To Last Year

If you are thinking of putting your home on the market there's good news. House sales are up from a year ago, according to a new report in Long Island Business News.

The number of pending homes that were for sale in April in Nassau and Suffolk counties last April was 2,924 in April 2018 as compared to 3,204 a month ago, said the article.

Suffolk County house sales pending were 1,868 last month, which is a 12.9 percent increase from April last years when it was 1,655, reported the article.

Nassau County house sales pending were 1,336 in April 2019 as compared to 1,269 in April 2018, said Long Island Business News.
